''Gkelanto" Tonic Medical rganic Red Wine

Gkelanto is a natural, sweet, straw red wine, which is produced from the unique allbover the world variety of vine, the famous Nemean “Ayioryitiko”.
Gkelanto is a condensed red wine, stout and rich in tannins and polyphenolic compounds, such as resveratrol, phenolic acids, anthocyanins and flavonoids.
Gkelanto is produced from grapes of organic agriculture collected from the organic vineyard of Nikos Gkelis, in Nemea Of Peloponnesus, Greece. In the vineyard are not used chemical fertilizers or any other kind of plant medications, which is certified by ΔΗΩ).
Gkelanto does not contains any kind of chemical preservatives or sulfites. Due to its high content of natural sugars and its alcoholic grade (Vol 15% or 18%) Gkelanto is a self-preserved red wine.
Gkelanto is not like any usual redwine because one litre Gkelanto needs 5 kilograms of Ayioyitiko grapes.
Due to its density, Gkelanto provides bigger possible quantities of its valuable curative constituents with the less dose of alcohol.
Due to the powerful antioxidant qualities of the constituents of the red wine Gkelanto (resveratrol, phenolic acids, anthocyanins and flavonoids), according to existing evidences, which are described in the International scientific and medical literature for red wine, it has been demonstrated that red wine lowers the concentration levels of the low density liloproteins (LDL), the oxidation of cholesterol and the platelet aggregation.
The compounds of red wine as Gkelanto also possess a range of additional cardioprotective and vasoprotective properties including antiatherosclerotic, antiarrhythmic, and vasorelaxation actions. [1].
Resveratrol exhibits a number of biological activities, including anti inflammatory, antioxidant, platelet antiaggregatory and anticarcinogenic properties, and modulation of lipoprotein metabolism. Some of these activities have been implicated in the cardiovascular protective effects attributed to resveratrol and to red wine. [2, 4].
Due to the density Gkelanto, 1-2 spoonfuls (15-30ml) daily cover the the adult individual needs for the prevention of atherosclerosis [also known as arteriosclerotic vascular disease or ASVD) is a condition in which an artery wall thickens as a result of the accumulation of cholesterol [3, 5].
Resveratrol demonstrates also neuroprotective actions, reducing the risk of Alzheimer disease and dementia [6].
The drinking of small quantities of Gkelanto protects the cardiovascular system, the normal function of the brain and the nervous system, supporting his health as a whole, protecting his body from from the disease of the aging, as red wine is delaying the aging process and favoring its the longevity.
The pathologic similarities noted after ototoxic and/or traumatic injury to the cochlea as well as the key features of the cochlea that make it susceptible to reactive oxygen species (ROS) damage.
Evidences are linking ROS to cochlear damage associated with both ototoxins and/or trauma [7].
The administration of a condensed red wine, rich in polyphenols (resveratrol, etc) could contribute to the prevention of hearing loss due to ischemia, noise-induced hearing loss and age related hearing loss.
It has been demonstrated that resveratrol haw the ability to protect the auditory system from reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated noise damage. Oxidative stress is mediated by ROS, which are known to cause cellular and molecular damage. Interfering with this process, using ROS inhibitors/scavengers such as antioxidants has shown promise in protecting specific systems from oxidative damage. Among the antioxidants receiving recent attention is resveratrol, an active component in red wine.
